Scoring a video before it's filmed
CloutIQ
The challenge
Short-form video creators write a script, film it, publish it, and only then discover whether it holds attention. The feedback loop runs backwards — the expensive part happens before any signal arrives, and by the time the numbers come in the money is spent.
What we built
We built a platform that scores the script instead of the outcome. A creator pastes a script or uploads audio or video, and receives a twelve-section analysis — a viral score, a predicted retention curve showing where attention is likely to drop, a rewritten version of the script, and a distribution pack for publishing it across channels.
Uploaded media is transcribed automatically, so the same analysis works whether the input is written or already filmed. Results render in both left-to-right and right-to-left layouts, so the product serves Arabic-speaking creators as a first-class audience rather than an afterthought.
Around the analysis sits a complete commercial product: authentication with social and password sign-in, token handling that transparently refreshes expired sessions through a queued interceptor so a creator mid-analysis never gets logged out, plan-based usage limits, subscription checkout, and an admin console with usage reporting.
What was delivered
12
sections per script analysis
12
application screens shipped
9
tracked product events
instrumented from launch
- A twelve-section analysis per script — viral scoring, retention prediction, rewrite and distribution pack
- Twelve application screens shipped, including a full administrative console
- Automatic transcription, so written and filmed inputs run the same pipeline
- Full right-to-left language support in analysis output
- Instrumented from launch with nine tracked product events plus error monitoring, so usage is measurable rather than guessed at
Every figure above is taken from the delivered system itself. Where we don't have a client-verified business outcome, we report what was built and measured rather than estimating an improvement.
