Let's build something

Tell us the workflow you want to automate or the product you want to build. We'll get back within one business day.

Tell us about your project

The more detail you share, the more useful our first call will be.

Is this for you?

Who should reach out

We work with companies from ten people to ten thousand. What matters isn't your size — it's whether there's a workflow worth fixing.

Small business

You're drowning in a repeatable task

Missed calls, quote backlogs, manual data entry, the weekly spreadsheet ritual. If one job eats hours every week, that's exactly the right size for a first conversation — you don't need an 'AI strategy' to start.

Mid-market

Your systems don't talk and your team bridges the gap

CRM, ERP, email, and documents held together by copy-paste. Bring the two or three workflows that hurt most; we'll help you sequence them by payback and reuse the plumbing across all of them.

Enterprise

You need AI that survives procurement and security review

Governance requirements, audit trails, private deployment, a stalled pilot that needs hardening. Bring your security questionnaire to the first call — we'd rather meet it early than late.

Come prepared (optional)

How to get the most from the first call

None of this is required — but thirty minutes of preparation makes the scoping call dramatically more useful.

The single most valuable thing you can bring is a concrete walk-through of the workflow: what arrives, who touches it, what they do with it, and where it goes next. Real examples beat abstractions — one anonymized sample invoice, ticket, or call recording tells us more than a page of requirements.

If you can, note the rough volume and time cost (how many per week, how long each takes) and the systems involved — the CRM, ERP, help desk, or spreadsheets the workflow runs through today. Those two facts let us estimate payback and integration effort on the spot instead of in a follow-up.

And bring your skepticism. The best scoping calls are the ones where you push on accuracy, cost, and failure modes — those are exactly the questions our proposals are built to answer with numbers rather than adjectives.

Answers

Before you hit send

How fast will I hear back?

Within one business day, from a person — typically with a couple of clarifying questions or proposed times for a scoping call, not an automated sequence.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk details?

Yes — if your project details are sensitive, we're glad to sign a mutual NDA before the deep-dive conversation. For the first intro call, most clients find a general description is enough to establish fit without one.

Is the consultation really free, and what's the catch?

It's free and there's no obligation. The honest business logic: a scoping call is how we find well-fitted projects, and telling you 'buy an off-the-shelf tool instead' when that's the right answer costs us little and earns trust. Some calls end exactly that way.

Do you work with clients in my state?

Yes — we deliver remotely to businesses across all 50 US states as well as Pakistan, with meetings scheduled on your business hours and communication in your tools. Delivery is remote by design; there's no on-site dependency.

What if I'm not sure my idea is technically feasible?

That uncertainty is a reason to book the call, not to wait. Feasibility is usually answerable in the first conversation, and if something isn't realistic at current model reliability we'll say so directly — before you've spent anything.
